Cohaco Merchandising & Devt Corp is a wholesaler of construction materials and importer of Portland Cement nationwide.

The company is owned by the Co Family headed by Engr. Napoleon Co and being managed by his son, Ferdinand Co.

The company are sister companies of:

1.) NGC Marketing Corporation - realty firm and importer of Kaito and Barako brand Portland Cement

2.) Cebu Oversea Hardware Co., Inc. - one of the largest hardware store in Cebu for roughing and finishing items and distributing in Luzon specializing in finishing Tile and Bath

3.) CW Home Depot - one of the biggest Modern Construction Retail Store in Metro Manila and nearby provinces

Cohaco has been a very active importer of cement namely Kaito, Barako from Vietnam, and Conch brand from China. We supply Portland type 1, Portland type 1p, Portland type 2 in 40kg bag and in 1mt and 2mt jumbo bags. We supply nationwide to various different ports and warehouses in the Philippines.

For the year 2019, the volume of the imports of Cohaco and NGC have a total sales above P 3 Billion pesos.

The company has been importing cement since the 1990s and has vast experience in cement imports and distributions. This is besides from the normal wholesale and trading of other construction materials.
